Off the Path volume II
Billings-based author and publisher Adrian Jawort will be available to sign copies of the second volume of his anthology of contemporary Native writing, Off the Path, during the downtown Livingston art walk on Friday, June 17, from 5:30 to 8 p.m.

The first volume of Off the Path focused on Montana Native American writers including Sterling HolyWhiteMountain, Cinnamon Spear and Jawort. With this new volume, the range of indigenous authors extends world-wide.

Shann Ray, author of American Copper, writes “Jawort’s edited volumes collecting new voices, voices we’ve never heard but needed to, are volumes worthy of the world’s deepest consideration. The voices collected in Off the Path, Volume 1 and Off the Path, Volume 2 are vital, fierce, unafraid of darkness and elegant in their understanding of human nature.”
